I design a PWM Motor driver for control the dc motor speed. I am new on this platform and in this field, this is my first power circuit which i design and tested. But as i told i am new in this field so i don't knows much about that, i just study and do some RnD then design circuit and test it on practically and its works.
If anyone found any issue in this circuit then let me know. So i am describe my circuit here: The PWM signal is taken from microcontrller or any device which can be controlled and gives to the circuit via pc817a for complete isolation between low power section and high power section. If our masfet fails and reverse high voltage flow in circuit then in this case our controller will be safe. we can give load upto 50 ampere on this circuit. I tested it on 30 ampere 48 volt motor for continous 1 hour. it will work properlly with fan. But motor will heatup(120 degree celcius). I used bc547 transistor for make pwm IN PHASE.
