Proteus MPPT circuit transient error

When trying to run the attached circuit on Proteus I get the following errors, any help?
There's another version of the circuit with 1 more MOSFET attached here: https://i.imgur.com/QQCGMBp.jpg

[SPICE] transient GMIN stepping at time=4.54747e-018
[SPICE] TRAN: Timestep too small; timestep = 1.25e-019: trouble with node #v:q3:fi1#branch.

when I click on the node, it says node not found
