There are four sections: power / switch / relay / motor, they were connected by male and female connector as picture shown.

My question is how to indicated the connector's relation, say J2 goes to J3, J4 to J6 etc.

Typically you would have the same designation for connectors common to each other with say, J5a & J5b, & J4a & J4b etc.
