Program problem ATDH1150usb

I have a project Z80 computer which my son is trying to program to ic ATF1502AS & the ATF1508AS which I buy them from china and I have the ATDH1150usb hardware we seem to have a problem when we program he get a message mismatch hardware and the software to program is wincul Atmel version.

Here is the a picture of the Z80 board which the ic can be program on the pcb
