I am looking for two cap's. seems to be hard to get. Replacement difficult no spec's available. (not found at internet)
CERAMIC MARCON THCR40EIE475Z OR TOKIN 1E475ZY5U-C304 (ultra) low ESR is important.
4.7 uF 35V case style 1206
your help will be appreciated.

Go to digikey and use their parametric search..
While they may not have those 2 I'm sure you can find a ceramic cap that meets your needs..

 

I did farnell, digikey, RS- components, Mouser, arrow, NEC,
Well we have to workout what to use ( ESR < 0,008 Ohm @ 500Khz)
We will succeed.

I searched http://www.findchips.com/ and came up empty.

That site searches all the major distributors in one shot. Looks like either obsolete or a bad part number.

DigiKey does list these two likely suspects:
