I've been trying set my set with the value of 1 and reset with the value of 1 also, but the reset have a button. It seems that in proteus the button does not work properly and my set is equal to 0 rather than 1, is there any explanation on why this is occuring in my proteus projects?

I'm using a 9V Power source

If pin 4 is RESET, are you sure pin 7 is SET? Look here:

Both inputs require a pull-down resistor.
And you cannot put a capacitor in series with the switch as you show with C1.
