Hi,
We are currently working on a Texas MCU.
We are using cJTAG (vsens, gnd, TMS,RST,TCK) for programming this chip. But are having problems that the chip does not Reboot after startup.
It seems like the problem is that the Flash programmer inserts a Halt in boot after programming the chip.
Strangely, this problem can be solved by touching a loose wire(like an antenna) to one of the IOs on the board.
What can be the reason for this "antenna" attachment works ? what can we look into? Any suggestions?
Any idea on how we can delay the Reset?
We think this can be the problem:

but the fix suggested did not work.
