Hello ! Problem with Mastech MS8229. In a resistance mode at every turn shows 28-30 mΩ. I attached the photo, please see. How can I resolve the problem ? Many thanks in advance !

It shows a very high value 28.85 MΩ.
It could be there is some moisture in the meter that causes this effect.

Do you get this anomaly with the test probes removed? If you touch the leads together does it zero out?
Might also check the fuse..

 

Yes, when probes removed the same problem. When I'm touch the leads together 0.2 Ω

 

Сould this happen when I measured the resistance on the board in the place where it was 5 volts ?

I cleaned the board of multimeter with spirit 96%, and now works good ! Thanks for your replies !
