I tried to convert my old atx power supply to bench power supply,but one problem appeared.I removed all the cables and left only 1 yellow wire and one black wired in order to connect them to a buck conveter and ampermeter and voltmeter.However when I connect a load and the power supply turn off.I have to turn it off from the plug and after a whille turn it on again .Why the power supply turns off.What might be the problem.

Did you activate the power on?

Yes, I conect the black wire with the green one.I did'n conect a minimum load 10w 10ohm between red 5v and ground.
