Problem with 8038

I have make a oscillator circuit to produce a square,sine and triangular wave .I got the the NTE864 but i dont know how vary the output voltage.

If you had the data sheet on the ICL8038, you would be aware that the output magnitudes are fixed. You will need an op amp buffer as the means of controlling the output voltage for any of the waveforms. The sine output is very limited - it won't be happy with any resistance under 100K ohms.

Following on what Beenthere said, you should look at using low-noise FET-input opamps that have a broad bandwidth.

If you need more than a few mA output current, you might consider using a Linear Technology LT1010 +/-150mA fast power buffer in the feedback loop of the opamp.
