how to connect the NO and NC of relay in actual i know to connect the part until A and B of the relay?
and i have this relay 12v JZC-20F 4088 is this a SPDT type?

i put 12vdc on A and the B is connected with Collector of Trany and i test i with LED

You just use the relay contacts to break the LED/Resistor/Battery circuit. Just like a regular wall switch.. (except you have the choice of either having the LED circuit turn on when the relay is energized OR turn off when the relay is energized depending on if you use C and NO or C and NC)

 

Your circuit for the LED is wired to be always on. You need to put the relay's contacts in series with the relay power, as below.
