Hello everyone,

now i want to simulate the Positive regulator REF2925 in LTspice. But i can't find the LTspice model. So i decided to draw it by myself and use the REF2925.lib file. But i have gotten the problem.
Does anyone know what's the problem? Or does anyone have the LTspice model of REF2925?

Thanks very much in advance!

Sorry, I don't know where else you can look.
Can you use Tina for your simulation?
That device is just a voltage reference. Can you just use a voltage source in your simulation? Or use one of the LTspice reference models?

I can use Tina-Ti for this regulator. But in my circuit all the other components are in LTspice simulation and succeed. Now i have one problem on my actual PCB-Board. And i think the problem is maybe because of this positive regulator, so i want to test this adding to my circuit in LTspice to check it. If i use Tina-Ti, many components not from TI can't be in Tina-Ti simulated. So i have to search this regulator model.
Or do you know is it a problem: The current output of REF2925 is 25mA, and i want to use it to supply six OPA354 and three THS4521. Is this enough? Because i want to check if this is the problem in my PCB.
Attached are the datasheet.
Thanks
Jackie

Well, I could do that, but I'll leave it up to you. ;)
Just look in the data sheet for how much current those devices take, and add them up.
