Pro form treadmill tripping MCB

Hi all, The treadmill trips on power up. I disconnected the motor ( positive and negative only) and found it switched on digital display and could operate the incline motor. Replaced the motor with spare and issue not resolved. Checked the controller board next. It's a MC2100ELS-18W-2y. Found LED light on and blinks every 38 seconds approx. Put multi meter on card output to motor and found voltage drops from 250 - 115 vdc. It's like it resets at 38 seconds and goes back up to 250vdc. Has anyone seen this issue before and could advise how to resolve.

Thanks for reading.

Most likely the Mosfet or other device shorted.
Does the LED remain on steady if no command and the motor un-connected.?
Yes, LED stays on for 38 seconds, blinks and back on again for another 38ish seconds with motor disconnected. Trips MCB when motor is connected.

There is supposed to be zero voltage from motor plus side terminal to the GND common , the power is ramped up via the SCR when a signal is applied.
Most faults on these boards are in the power section.
The on board microprocessor diagnoses a few different state, and if something is amiss it flags in with the LED flash.
IOW, if there is HV DC from the SCR before a command is given.
On switch on, the LED is lit continuously, if every thing OK.

True. As it's tripping the MCB, would that point to the AC side on the transformer being the problem.

What transformer?
Usually there is only one, that is for the HD2 socket L.V. 12vdc - 16vdc supply interface to the console.
The H.V. DC is usually rectified direct off the mains supply.
Max..

Apologies, should have mentioned 220 - 240 V AC supply to the treadmill.

I have not come across that version of the MC2100 board, there are quite a few out there, are you sure they are not the incline relays?
