Hi, I have proform tdf pro 5.0. Aftrer I turn it on, it starts making buzzing noise. It seems it is coming from the wheel area. The resistance levels are not working eighter. Here is the video.

Model # is pfevex71916.1

 

Seems the source of the noise is resistance tension motor. Is it possible to fix it?
