Good afternoon all. I am creating a printed circuit board that requires a small hybrid/daugherboard to be attached to the board in a similar manner to a integrated circuit. Could anyone point me in the direction of a manufacturer of PCB pins that could be used for this purpose.

I'm not looking for an header per se but it is an option. I've found these https://www.te.com/content/dam/te-com/documents/automotive/global/1654403-1_press_fit_connectors.pdf which are getting close. but i would like it soldered which may be an option with these

Thanks for the interest, I'm looking for a perminant solution for soldering one pcb to sit on another

 

I’ve used long header pins, with either one or two spacer bars. Note that the spacers can be moved up or down the pins, depending on the spacing desired for the daughterboard. Check these out!

Found some, the are called leadframes

I would use short lengths of # 24 bare plated Cu wire so that daughter board could be folded back if necessary.

I also like to used them to soldering with universal PCB, and cut some pins to matched what I needed for the pinout, so they can be insert to the breadboard easily for the experiments, like this.
