Print a custom size protractor site or application?

Does anyone know of a site or application that will allow me to print a protractor in a custom size? I really need a 360 degree protractor or compass.

I found one site that offered various sizes but the smallest is 8 inches. I need 3.5 inches.

I found a number of sites with static size. I could shrink them down but it would be nice to have a site that would just print out what I want.

Not that skilled in Draftsight to be able to just work one up.

Well I guess I am better in Draftsight than I thought

Any idea how to number them? I have included both dwg and dxf. dwg would be better. I would want them numbered on the inside next to the line. Longer lines numbered only.

I was able to do this in LibreCAD. It was a bit tedious as I had to place each number my self.
I have attached the dxf in case anyone is interested.

Check out LibreCAD. It looks pretty powerful.

I think Draftsight might be a bit closer to ACAD but LibreCAD seems to have more features. Neither is very intuitive IMHO.

Also you make front panels? Check out Front Panel Designer from Front Panel Express. It is one of those deals where you are supposed to buy from them but it exports dxf files! Haven't tried importing yet but I imagine you could import into a CAD software and tweak it there.

Being a skinflint, I ditched Draftsight when, 2 years or so after installation, it started asking for payment. I installed LibreCAD instead, but haven't got far up the learning curve yet. As Spinnaker says, it looks very capable.
