primary and secondary taps (transformer beginner)

i'm having a little trouble understanding transformers. i'm looking for one that has an impedance of 10k on both sides. the one i found (http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Xicon/42TL018-RC/?qs=plB1iWz%2bJMzeEr4texLgOg==) is listed as being for 7k primary and 10k secondary. is it possible to wire this for a 1:1 ratio? i'm confused about how the taps work..
