I need to test an AD8044 Op-Amp and would like to know if there are any testers or applications that can test this device. The tests I would like to perform are,
1. -3dB small signal bandwidth with gain=1, Vo<0.5vp-p at +/-5V (50MHz)
2. 0.1dB flatness from 0-12MHz at gain=2, Rl=150ohms at +/-5V
3. Input offset with Rl=2Kohms to 2.5v,at +/-5v (need to measure <2mV)
Any ideas? The less expensive the tester, the better.

Cheap way: Use an oscilloscope and a signal generator. 2Vpp sinewave, sweep the frequency, and note the frequency where the output drops by 3dB.
Expensive way: VNA!

2. 0.1dB flatness from 0-12MHz at gain=2, Rl=150ohms at +/-5V

VNA. Not cheap!

3. Input offset with Rl=2Kohms to 2.5v,at +/-5v (need to measure <2mV) Any ideas? The less expensive the tester, the better.

You can use a DC servo loop.
