Hello all,

Im looking to mount about 60 ft. of LED strips around the perimiter of my room, i will be using these

I know that computer power supplies have 12v rails, and easily claim to power 300W, which should be suffice to power all of the strips, so my question is can it run all of that on the 12v rail on a devoted Power Supply Unit?

I don't see any issues so far but I've been deadly wrong before all input appreciated

So far, I've only hooked up one PS to one reel of 300 LEDs, worked great for being so small.

Dimensions of these units are H=1.3 mmX L=3.4mmX W=2.3 mm.

They are also adjustable from 11V-13V.

2 of them for $11.04, can't be beat.


But, for 60 feet; yours would probably be better.
