I'm currently having trouble finding a high enough ac/dc power supply that can power a Fanatec racing wheel. The specs are:

Input: 100-240V - 1.5A 50/60Hz

Output: 24 == 2.5A

Outer Diameter 5mm

Inner Diameter 2mm

Center pin positive.

I need one from Canada/US and need advice as my town doesn't have anything close.

You would need to change the output plug but that wouldn't be too difficult.

That is way cheaper than what I have seen, thank you! I know I have to change the end but it's alot better than what I saw.

 

Actually, would this work? http://www.powerstream.com/ac-2420.htm the PST-AC2425 model? Everything is the same from the looks of it, except the inner and outer diameter.

Are you sure about the plug dimensions? That is a very unusual plug.

not really.. Probably 5mm and 2.1mm which is common.

and MPJA rocks for cheap power supplies and other off the wall overstock stuff..funky motors w/geartrains,etc..

It might be 2.1mm or it might be 2.5mm (which would be more likely for 24V), but 2mm is rare. The OP would be better off to know before buying.
