Power noise(Low noise) measurement

Dear all,

I have a low noise LDO which needs to be measured for the noise in the frequency domain. The frequency range is from 10Hz to 10MHz. The noise floor after 100KHz is 1nV/sqrHz. E5052B could be a good solution. However, I am wondering to know is there have other options.

When you choose a Signal Source Analyzer, make certain it covers the frequency range. There are SSA for low frequency and different ones for high frequency.
