Hi all,

As the title suggests, I've been looking for power management ICs (preferably Texas or Linear Tech) that can generate two outputs (12V and -12V) from a single 3.3V supply. I haven't found any IC that does the trick so I'm asking if anybody here knows of any?

Thanks,

On Semiconductor makes a version of the MC34063 that operates down to 3.0 volts -maybe lower if you are allowed to depend upon luck. Add a secondary to their example circuit for a boost converter and you have a winding for your -12V supply.
