Hi all

I’m having some trouble finding a 220k potentiometer that is 14mm square for use in a waxing iron. I can find one but if does not have a shaft, just the small slot to use a screw driver in to adjust it. My question is, can a shaft be purchased that will clip into the small screwdriver slot that can be left there and the dial slid on to it and if so, where can I find one?

I have attached a pic of the one already installed which has failed and a pic of the only type that I can find

Any one of these suitable, you can make your own with a little super glue and a hollow shaft

The PT10MV is the one you need. V=vertical, and M means that it takes either a thumbwheel knob or a shaft.
