I'm new in microcontroller. I'm following tutorial (

). please watch the first 4 minutes.
Iin the tutorial it has been shown to write [avrdude -c usbtiny -p atmega32 ] in the command prompt. I've written that and pressed enter and [Error: Could not find USBtiny device (0x1781/0xc9f)] is showing in my command prompt. I've connected the microcontroller and the programmer is not programming the microcontroller. why [Error: Could not find USBtiny device (0x1781/0xc9f)] is showing when i'm pressing enter after whiting [avrdude -c usbtiny -p atmega32] in the command prompt?

Yes, i've checked. I've connected the pocket avr programmer to the breadboard. In that link they have used arduino so i guess that solution is not applicable for me.
