Hi all.
How do these pressure/temperature relief valves work ? See nothing in the web but how to replace - they are supposed not to be repaired- What is inside and how to dismantle ?
Mine (3) have the sensing white bottom element rod wobbly, not firm, can they be used? Are they supposed to be firm or wobbly ? Anyone knows ?

Felt like the 'How does it work' should be respected/reserved for electronics; not wandering off-topics. ;)

DO NOT mess with a T/P-Valve ( Temperature-Pressure-Valve ).
Doing so could be extremely dangerous.
Buy a new one, they are dirt-cheap and available everywhere Plumbing-Supplies are sold.

It is supposed to be wobbly. I replaced one recently. It was an easy job, and my plumbing skills are, at best, sketchy.
