I analyse cmos non-linear characteristic and I want to plot Pout-Pin graph. In DC sweep analysis I can sweep only voltage or current. I think I can sweep Pout by parametric sweep analysis.But I don't know how. I need help about that.

Can you not plot an algebraic expression like V(R1)*I(R1) , which is the power dissipated in R1? You can in LTSpice.

For example:

A plot of NMOS Drain voltage and Power dissipation as a function of four decades of drain current.



Note the expression required to get the power dissipation in M1. LTSpice builds that expression with just a Alt-Mouse click, but you could type it yourself...

Note that LTSpice effortlessly knows how to do log plots...

 

I am not sure about I understand you. I just want to plot Pout-Pin graph. I mean that I want to define as a Pin x-axis in plot window. I don't know much about LTspice. Isn't that possible plot the graph in pspice ? Do you have any notes about that ?
