Please suggest me how to write Ngspice script for read/write operations of 6T SRAM cell?

Hi,

I am a PG student. I have a query writing Ngspice script for read/write operations of 6T SRAM cell.

I have encountered trouble while verifying simulation waveform because of inaccurate input combinations of WORD LINE, BIT LINES. So please suggest whether to use pulse or PWL as inputs for these nodes. Due to inappropriate input rise,fall and on timings, I am not getting good results.
