I have to solve this circuit from linear technologies. I need the function of frequency depending on temperature.
Does anyone know how to start solving the circuit? Thanks in advance.
Interesting circuit, Lm134 is a current source but this current will depend on the temperature. And this 10nF capacitor together with an opamp for the integrator circuit. And those two complementary BJT's form a thyristor (SCR) structure to quickly discharge the capacitor. But how to determine the initial charging current I do not know. For sure we need to know the voltage across this adjustment potentiometers. The LM329 is a 6.9V Zener so the current through 6.2kΩ is around 1mA. But what port of this current will flow into 2k ADJ resistor I do not know yet.
