Hello Friends!

I need an urgent help to decide which is the best laptop to buy for the machine learning. I am selecting between the Legion 5 17 inch, Legion 5 pro and a Asus Rog Strix. Obviously a stronger GPU is what is needed but I heard Rog Strix is a less reliable machine for extended loads (e.g. trading a large neural model) than the legion 5? Can you please comment? Also I need some degree of portability – but for the most part I value the extended performance (I have a couple of Xeon-based workstations and those can work under heavy loads for months).

Here are the laptops – please help me decide before the New Year sales stop:

Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H - 16" 165Hz - Ryzen 5 5600H - GeForce RTX 3060 - 16GB DDr4 - 512GB NVME SSD Price - 1257 $
Lenovo Legion 5 17ACH6H 17.3" - Ryzen 5 5600H - 16 GB RAM DDr4 - 512 GB SSD - GeForce RTX 3060 Price – 1329$
Asus ROG Strix G17 G713QR 17,3 Ryzen™ 7 5800H, 16GB RAM, Dual-channel DDR4-3200Mhz, 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 8GB, Price – 1529$

I have seen quite a few videos about unstable operation of the Asus ROG Strix G17 series – so I wonder how does it compare to the Legion on terms of performance stability for extended loads (machine learning)
