It`s about one 32`` toshiba tv. Have replaced all the eletrolytic capacitors except the entry big one.

I look CN 100 and find it should be/it is ->

1 24 volts / nothing
9 5volts / 5.33V
13 12 volts/0.26V
15 24 volts / 3.1 volts

Could you tell me what to do next

I'd measure the AC voltage between pins 8 and 9 of the transformer TR100, also between its pins 10 and 11. Be very careful, since mains voltage is nearby.

you can see elements with "S" under the big electrolytic cap and in the left of it, with heat shrink.
