i have bought the tv for not working. Have replaced all caps in power.
I see inverter board DS-5539t03D01-...
can i make some measurement of this board to see if the problem is in board without buying new backlight direct (and probably for the wind)

When only plug the TV the diod lights in blue after presing the power button and showing that logo after seconds the diods is blue again.

The last couple monitors I repaired both had failed power supplies. I wanted to repair them but found that power supplies with better ratings are available for less than $10. For instance a 12VDC, 4A per supply was a perfect fix.

You may want to try it, to verify that power is the problem.

 

i am 99.9 sure that the problem is in the backlight strip.

can you help me find such?

I have tried to desolder one piece LED but unsuccessfull. maybe there is something like trick.
