Hello.
Last night I have issue with my laptop. Screen goes dark from nowhere and little bit smoke coming out from fan area.
After opening laptop...I found out some chip burned. I don't know what is this and where are I can found it. It's will be much easier to figure out if I can see it all numbers on it. I will really appreciate for any help. For me it's like some dimmer controller.

 

What are the markings on top?

It's unusual for an IC to blow and it's probably due to another fault.

 

I will try to take better picture. But soon is one corner is burned...I can't see it all numbers on it. It's happened after I put need screen in the laptop. If turn off laptop for little bit...and after power on again...I can see picture on it really good...but after 30 seconds screen goes really dark. I still can see some stuff on it but really really bad. For me looks first row is 35..and something and second row is 4D01
