AFAICR: one is voltage detection, and the other; current.Should I consider the two error opamp in circuit how it work in it?
The two error amplifiers are for over voltage and over current limits,.... See example here..I GOT this circuit ...
What is the use of error amplifiers ?
How to learn designing of it?
RTFMI GOT this circuit ...
What is the use of error amplifiers ?
10.2.2.2.2 Error Amplifier
The error amplifier compares a sample of the 5-V output to the reference and adjusts the PWM to maintain a
constant output current (see Figure 11).

From an Application Note :-
"One function of the error amplifier is to monitor the output voltage and provide sufficient gain so that millivolts of error at its input result in a control signal of sufficient amplitude to provide 100% modulation control. The error amplifiers also can be used to monitor the output current and provide current limiting to the load."
What 15Ω resistor?
Vo is your output voltage, it compares it against the Vref and alters the pwm accordingly , the resistors are to reduce the gain to 101 like it says in the datasheet...
what is the use of 50kohm and 150ohm resistance in circuit?Hello Ritesh,
You are looking at the testcircuit from the datasheet:

The signals are clearly given.
