Guys I have got a pickit 3 and microchip explorer 16 development board. Whenever I connect pickit 3 to my computer the status led is red in colour which is an error. So i am unable to program it, and of course i am very much new to pic programming so can anybody guide me on pickit 3 and explorer 16 programming using the MP Lab. I dont know anything. It will be better if you explain from start and in steps
