I am facing PICKIT failed to get the device ID may I know how to solve it?

 

Why you block out the version information? It's not like someone can do anything with it other than maybe use it for actually helping.

Usually it's one of four things. It's not connected correctly, the PIC itself is faulty, you have selected the wrong part, or your PICKIT is damaged.

Which PIC is it?

 

Not sure if this could relate to your secret/mysterious PicKit4 but the "failure" of mine was due to automatic update by Microchip. Pity I learnt that when a free replacement was already in his way to me.

The electronic correction is correct I flashed the firmware successfully many times before the pickit 4 failure after I used the debugging mode the pickit 4 kept popping up failing to get the device id any clue? new picture updated
