i m new to controller,and i m having problem in interfacing ltc1854 with pic controller.,., through spi,.,.

i tried to much ,., i m sending data,.,. through controller, being checked by me on oscilloscope. the master(pic18f8680) sdo, read, clk, all are sending data,., but adc is not responding,.,. slave(adc) 'sdo' is not respoding ,.,. plz help.,.


my mgr gave me deadline.,., plz help,

 

Are you calling the correct address for the ADC?

Spinnaker has been heavily involved with SPI of late, hopefully he can chime in.

 

yes i m, calling it,i check out my master(pic) sdo on oscilloscope,.,. and i confirm it form data sheet.,

 

Are you using the Microchip SPI library?

 

I would suggest you submit both the schematic and your code for examination.
