After a closer examination I realized is not the resistor that burned but the blue capacitor in the proximity. I measured the mosfet and diodes and they seem ok. It possible it only the blue capacitor that shorted?

Hi, You are right, The Capacitor is damaged and the Resistors are ok. Replace the Capacitor. Probably your power supply will be repaired.
good luck.

Good news guys, it seem it was only the shorted capacitor. Changed it with another one and boom it is working. You think is bad I switched a 101 1kv with a 102 2kv capacitor. I know it 10 times bigger but for now is working.
