Our AirFryer HD9650/90 was complately dead.

The problem was R100 - R101 (3W 33Ohm) and Viper06L on the power supply unit.

I know. But how do you find what needs to be replaced without having a schematic diagram?

 

I don't have a correct schematic diagram either. But I inspected the board by eye and measurement values with the help of VIPER06 technical data sheets and it's offered sample design schematics. As you see in the pictures, two resistors were burn out (both of them are unreadable values and open circuit) and no voltage comes to VIPER06 (faulty chip and causing these two resistors to burn out). Condansators and diodes were intact. It's obviously these three parts were needs to be replaced and It worked after.

So I just shared my experiment for the others help who found themself in a similiar conditions.

If you have a good knowledge of electronics and repair/design experience you don't always need a schematic diagram especially simple circuits like this. Needless to say, if you are not experianced in repair, should stay away since there is high voltage danger in the circuit.

I tougth this is "Technical Repair" forum section after all for who likes or choses to repair. Although the board is out of stock now in your link, I think it's usefull for the people who don't want to repair.

Thank you for the valuable infos. Really broken viper06 kills 33 ohm and 1 k rezistors
