I an attempting to build a sine wave oscillator using the LM358 op amp. However, when I tap the output between ground and Vout, I get a sawtooth waveform. The circuit, prototype layout and the waveforms attached below. Kindly assist, I need to get a sinusoid.

 

Ri should be equal to R. So you need to decide if you want three 1.2 kOhm resistors or three 1 kOhm resistors.

Powering it from 12-0v. The diagram uses the 741, I'm using an LM358. Could that be a problem?
