I am using a Asymmetrical Doherty Amplifier in my circuit with P1dB 54 dBm.But it is getting saturated around 41 dBm.On monitoring found that the peak is not drawing any current even at high power.Tried changing the gate bias for for carrier and peak and tried some tuning for input and output matching circuit as well.
How can I make peak turn on before the carrier gets saturated?
