In the PDA(photo detector amplifier) there 3 stages used-1. FET,2.BJT,3.Op Amps...curent is abt 70 nano amps peak 2 peak n requird voltage is 4 vots with a bandwith xpected 2mhz,plz tel me y v shuld use fet in d frst stage...wht wil hapend if u use BJT & Opamp.Can any1 provide me a circuit 4 requirements:-
1.Supply voltage- +15v,-15v,+5v
2.Input current- 70 nano amps peak 2 peak
3.Output voltage- 4 volts peak 2 peak
4.Bandwith- 2Mhz
5.Gain-4
6.Temperature: -40 to 70°C
