have pcf8814 it's own font ? such that we can use it to save ROM free space
I already read it's datasheet but didn't find such thing

And you need to use the right tool for the job. Get something more capable than the 16F84.

 

Sorry I don't see any fonts in that chip. I have seen them on some displays such as one color 7 inch I'm playing with, but I'm not quite sure how useful a single size font would be to anyone. I certainly don't need them with a PIC32 driving the thing.
