Just had pcb's fabed and assembled at PCB Way i sent them quantities they recommend for assembly and received none of my overage parts when i received the boards.Contact with PCB way got me nothing,i've used them in the past without issue.I valued the parts they kept some $200+ wouldnt expect this from such a big company.Any recommendations for other fab houses is appreciated.

Jlcpcb.com just started assembly from non-house components. They'll order from Digikey or other and assemble the parts. I'm not sure whether they will allow you to ship parts to them for assembly. I haven't used this new service from jlcpcb yet. Still waiting for some boards from pcbway.

Now we know where the cheap components on aliexpress come from - overages from other projects. Its possible that some employee pocketed your components and you can find them all from the same seller on eBay or aliexpresss.
