I'm using my own pcb , but it overheat all the pcb

How do you expect anyone to give you a useful answer with that description of the problem.?
A circuit diagram and a photo shot of the PCB would help.

It's very common for Boards, especially tiny SMD-Boards, to over-heat,
there just isn't enough Surface-Area to dissipate a significant amount of Heat.

Handling Device-Dissipation problems with SMD-Devices is an art that deserves its own College-Degree.
