I'm looking for a source for some solder-on mounts that have an M2 or M2.5 screw at 90 degrees. Here's a picture.

Those aren't actually designed as mounting hardware, they are actually power connectors.
The biggest range I know of is made by Keystone

 

This nylon PCB Mounting Block from Essentia (available from Digikey et al) may be of interest. They are < 15 cents each.

 

Mouser has these for about quarter each.
