I know this question keeps popping up about which PCB program to use and how to use it and what's the best .. I know for me I found it really hard to find a guide on using the program in a language I can understanding .. So I suggest we have a list of most of the common PCB out there but also have a link to some kind guide to using that program ?? I just found a good PDF write up on using eagle PCB which was a upgrade to a book they sell for eagle and it's free..

Oh I never saw that before but I was referring to this and thanks I will have to check it out .. ..But also found this update to the book from someone else which also post a link below .. I wasn't just talking about reading materials but also videos to help everyone else out wanting to try pcb design or just another program ..
