if ordering bunch of small boards, quoted price is quite a bit cheaper if you do panelizing yourself.

Elecrow does not upcharge for panelizing and v-scoring for bare boards with one design.

Yes, they add a "per piece" fee, which works out to almost the cost of another batch of boards.

I made some small connection boards at Elecrow – I think there were 20 on 100×100 board. For a 5 buck order, I got 200 boards.

 

Waiting for review of a new board rev. My shipping cost = $3.30 as it will be slow no matter the cost or method.
