I'm looking for some help on identifying this part. Its labeled as RC2 on the PCB and works with circuit for display and touchscreen. I've never come across it before so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since the component designator is RC2, it could be an RC network. Bused resistors would look like big SMD resistors and would be labeled with the resistance value.
