In a parallel RLC circuit in resonance the currents are equal in magnitude but opposite in phase. What happens to the voltage Vc and VL?

It (the sum of the two) decreases exponentially as the resonance energy dissipates in the resistor. Damped resonance, look it up.

Is it being driven? Or does the entire circuit consist of just those three components in parallel?

Regardless, because they ARE in parallel, what do you know about the relationship between the voltage across the capacitor and the voltage across the inductor?
