I am trying to plot by hand a impedance on the smith chart, but must be doing something dumb.

Anyone see what I am doing wrong with combining the resistive and capacitive impedances in parallel?





My calculation says 150-j.00942; Which I beleive to be wrong, due to this seems to be the same value as you'd get in series, and it doesn't align w/ the plot below.
